What is this song about? → Fancy Dress Party (新授Party)
When people go to a fancy dress party, they put on all kinds of clothes and dress up as they like.
2. Think and say
If we go to a fancy dress party, what do we need most? → clothes
What clothes do you know?
学生激活旧知说一说衣服类的单词 教授coat trousers
由遮住脸部的图片提问 Do you want to know whose clothes they are?
出示特殊疑问词Whose谁的 Whose coat is this? 出示外套的主人 It's Miss Li’s.
引导学生一起问 Whose trousers are these? 出示主人,并引导回答 They’re Liu Tao’s.
T: Boys and girls, you know so many clothes now. It’s good for the fancy dress party.

Before the party
1. Watch and fill
Our friends SH and SY are going to a fancy dress party. They try on and choose the clothes.
Q: What clothes do they try on? Watch and fill
Su Hai tries on the dress . 新授dress
Su Yang tries on the trousers .
2. Look and choose (呈现第一、二、三部分图片)

Why?(她们为什么选择这些衣服呢)
3. Read and say (读第一、二部分)
SH’s dress(图) is too short . 随题教Part 1, too的意思,并进行语气模仿。
SY’s trousers(图) are too long . 随题教Part 2,并进行语气模仿。
T:SY and SH give advice to each other. They’re so nice. SY says“Try this.”
SH says“Try these.” They’re different. Why?
学生可用中文回答
“this” refers to the dress. 单数 “these”refers to the trousers.复数
Q:Why do they give advice to each other?
They’re sisters. They love each other. (板书)
At the party

SH and SY are ready for the party. They say “Now, let’s go to the party.”语气模仿。
T: At the party, they appreciate and evaluate clothes. Look at Mike and Helen.
