本视频是汪老师录制的一节故事教学课。故事是学生喜闻乐见的伊索寓言《狮子和老鼠》。小故事,大道理,教学不仅要给学生带来乐趣,更重要的是通过故事载体促进学生语言能力和综合素养的提升。

1.设置基于学科基本素养的教学目标,着力培养学生的综合能力和思维品质。这一点也是潘老师提出的关于教学目标的设定问题。我觉得来判断一堂课是否达标,从学生这一头来看,就是他们能够回答:学习完这堂课后,我有什么变化?我学到了哪些之前不会的知识?懂得了哪些道理?我作为学生,听完这堂课后,我至少是学会了一些单词、词组,也学会了讲这个故事,同时,我也学到了一些道理:We should not laugh at others. We should be helpful.等等。所以这点来看,这堂课的目标达成度是可以的。

2.教师有整体的阅读意识,帮助学生建立了故事内在联系的知识体系,从表层学习走向深层学习。这也是潘老师一贯的主张,我们要有整体阅读意识。本课中老师给出任务Watch and answer,抛出问题:Can they be good friends?让学生先了解了这个故事的大意,厘清故事的思路。 学生看完故事,了解了这个故事的主线:Firstthey were not friends,but they became friends at last.Why?What happened?然后学生开始turn over the story.在主线的引领下,逐步进行深层次阅读,细节阅读,探究主题意义和解决问题。在这样的方式下,学生能够遵循整体 4.本课不断创新阅读教学模式,实现学生思维品质得到培养的目的。比如在对比和辩论中培养学生思维的和批判性和灵活性。在正式学习故事之前,教师设计了一个Debating time的环节,Can the lion and the mouse be friends?Why? 有的说... What’s the differences? The lion is large and strong.The mouse is weak and small.包括在一开始也对两种动物进行了对比。这种辩论对提高学生的批判性思维是很有促进作用的。还有在提问中培养学生思维的开放性和创造性。本堂课呢老师不断地在提问,事实性的、预测性的、评价性的等等,把问题看作是贯穿于学习过程的主线,使学生的学习过程成为发现问题、提出问题、分析问题和解决问题的全过程,最终实现学生思维品质得到培养的目的。
