六上Unit6 Keep our city clean(story time)教学反思

本单元是有关环境保护的话题,主要学习环境污染产生的原因What makes our city dirty?及如何进行环境保护What can we do to keep our city clean?六年级的学生对环保这个话题并不陌生,他们已经通过各种渠道,如其它课程,媒体等对污染原因和环保的重要性,方法都有所了解,关键是他们通过本单元的学习学会如何用英文表达,也使环保意识进一步得以增强。
我所执教的是Story time这个板块。该板块有两个话题,第一,什么造成了城市污染?第二,如何保持城市清洁。板块内容清晰,主题明确。所以在设计本节课的思路时我都是围绕着这两个问题而设计了多种情境和活动,并且利用Song time中,Jack and Jill这两只鸟的形象,贯穿在整节课中,让孩子们跟着这两个环保小卫士一起去看看干净的城市,脏的城市,MissLi的城市以及孩子们的学校和教室,让整节课更富有童趣。
1. Watch and think:
Jack和Jill分别飞到了两个不同的城市,出示两组对比强烈的图片,以前空气清新的城市,现在有雾霾的城市;以前干净的河流,现在被污染的河流…通过鲜明的对比,导入本课主题,学习clean, dirty.操练句型The _______ is clean/messy/dirty.同时也根据观察图片新授air和rubbish。
2. Watch and answer整体感知课文
接着,他们又飞到了李老师的城市,他们正在看照片,那他们的城市怎么样?就展开了文本Story time的新授部分,先请学生观看前一半的动画,整体感知这个城市哪里是脏的?接着明确Miss Li 和学生在课堂上讨论“What makes our city dirty?”,先让学生带着问题,自主阅读文本第一部分,通过找划关键句,明白是什么让城市变脏,问题逐层递进。之后老师通过对这些污染的分类,让学生明白这些污染都给我们带来了哪些伤害,自然衔接到下一个问题。
3.Listen and answer/Read and write
探寻完环境污染产生的原因,先抛出问题,问问学生的解决办法,再通过听录音的形式解决文本中What makes our dirty dirty?紧接着完成英语书上60页,解决如何保护环境的问题。我们的解决之道远不止于书本上的内容,那这时候可以告诉学生,老师也有一些解决的办法,拓展一些课外的知识点。
4. Think and say
通过retell巩固完课文,Jack and Jill带着我们来到了学校,让孩子们在真实的情境中,学会将所学知识串联起来让学生运用,让学生切身体会是什么让学校让班级变脏,我们应该做什么,真正做到联系实际,学以致用。保护环境,从我做起,从现在做起。
5. Let’s chant
这节课,Jack和Jill作为环保小卫士,飞过了不同的城市,治理了环境,很高兴。最后通过一首chant来收尾,轻松活泼,朗朗上口。再次培养学生保护环境应从我做起,从小事做起,保护环境人人有责的意识,只有这样,我们未来的城市才会更美,更干净,更现代化。
纵观整堂课,整节课思路清晰,但在小细节上,Jack和Jill的情绪表现上,我还是不能完全放开,让孩子更加深入的有代入感。也因为是网课的形式,在和学生的交流层面上,就缺乏了互动性,显得有些生硬,学生的思维力得不到展现。有活动就会有收获,有反思才会有进步!我成长,我快乐;我反思,我进步!
